Our goal
Digital work should be affordable for every business, and your time should go to what matters.
The same Tuesday, twice
This is how a week looks before and after one small system. It is an example, not a client.
Without a systemWith one
- 07:40
The same question about prices, answered by hand for the fourth time this week.Answered in seconds, with two free slots offered and one booked.
- 11:15
Twelve supplier invoices retyped into a spreadsheet for the accountant.Invoices read, totals and due dates filed, ready for the accountant.
- 15:30
A three star review from Saturday, still unanswered. The review answered in the guest's language, in your tone.
- 19:20
An offer written after closing, because there was no time earlier. The offer written from your price list; you checked it and sent it at 16:00.
Four hours of the day back, and nothing waiting until the evening.
What we hold to
Digital should not be a luxury
Large companies have a department for this. A small team pays for the same work in evenings and weekends: the same answer typed again, the same invoice copied, the same listing rewritten. That is the part we automate first, because it costs the most and teaches the least.
It has to pay for itself
An automation is worth building when it costs less than the hours it replaces. When it does not, we say so and suggest a smaller step, or none at all. That is why the prices are on the site: you can do the sum before you contact anyone.
Simple enough to trust
Every system comes with a plain description: what goes in, what comes out, and what happens when it is not sure. A person stays in the loop wherever a mistake would be expensive. Nothing runs in a box you cannot open.
Yours to keep
Accounts in your name, standard formats, no lock-in, and a handover written so any developer can pick it up. Under the GDPR your data stays yours; we keep only what is needed to answer you.
